Cookies

This website does not use cookies or any tracking, advertising or analytics tools of third parties. The only thing we store in your browser is the information that the privacy notice has been closed, so that it does not appear on every visit.

Data recorded automatically

Like every web server, our server records basic information about visits in its log: IP address, date and time, the page address opened, browser and system type, and the referring page.

We use this data to keep the website secure and working properly and to prepare aggregate visit statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Detailed entries with IP addresses are kept for up to 365 days; after that only aggregate numbers remain, which cannot be used to identify anyone.

Phone and e-mail contact

If you call or write to us, we use the data you provide only to reply and to handle your enquiry or order (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), for as long as needed to complete it.

The “Ask about dates and a quote” form: the data you enter (name or company, e-mail, optionally phone and project details) is sent by our server straight to Virtual Magic by e-mail and is not stored on the server. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the message in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if we work together, for the period required by law.

Who we share data with

The website runs on the server of a hosting company and e-mail is handled by our e-mail provider. Both process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell data or share it for advertising purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified, erased or its processing restricted, and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.

Videos and links to other services

The video frame and all photos are stored on our server. The YouTube player loads only after you click the video frame, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google Ireland Limited, the operator of YouTube, receives your IP address and may store data in your browser in accordance with its own privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. The website also links to Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps and the websites of our partners. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that service applies.
